1. How to register?

Please click on the left side of the search bar an icon you find, simply click on it when on the top a box comes where you can easily see the option as “Register” or “Login”.Clicking there will redirect to a new page where you can Register or Sign up.

2. How I can order ?

Once registered just Login in and then on the Right side there will an icon of 3 lines kindly click on that where you can find the various categories related to the product simply select it as per your requirment.

Secondly, we have huge varities of each product type so you can select the sub category and product as per the requirment.

3. How to check the COD availability for your order?

Once select the size and color as per your requirment simply write the Pincode of your area in the tab given below the Title of the product and click on “Go” tab if there would be availabilty option for COD then you will get this reply “Available check it out!” and if not “Not Available” after that you can add the product in your cart and do the further process.

4. How to apply Coupons?

Once place the order before payment option you will get a simple view of your order summary by the name as “Shopping Cart” where the cost of the product , quantity,size,color,etc you can check again and then after Order Summary tab below you will get a vacant box where you can put that coupon whose highlight you get on the Home page and apply it.Once done click on “Checkout ” option for further payment related process.

5. Where to find the Payment option?

Once the product select fill the necessary address details then click on “Continue” tab once that done you can the Invoice view of your order simply check the detail before proceed, once click on proceed tab then there you will see 2 payment options;

1. COD (Cash on Delivery)

2. Pay

Once selection done click on “Complete my Order” tab your order request has placed.

6. Where to check order detail,wishlist’s and account related settings?

Just click on the icon given on the top near the AVI logo on the right side of it you can check all the details in the Dashboard.

7. From where to track the order?

On the Home page itself an Orange color box present where its written as “Track Your Order” click on that tab and enter the Order number.

8. How to send a Callback Request?

Callback Request is present on the Home page itself in green color tab above the track your order icon, just click on it and enter the necessary detail with the query you have regarding the product it can be related to the size,color,etc.

9. How to cancel or return the order?

If you want to cancel or return the order within 7 days of order get delieverd then for that you have to simply mail us – info@avijaipur.com and can call us on – 9116666373 if you face any issue or have some doubt related to the product.

10. How to go back to Homepage?

Simply just click on the logo you will reach back to Home page.

11. Within how many days return can be initiate and about the reserve amount ?

We have 7 days Return policy from the day the order is delivered to you and after 7 days we are not liable for any return or replacement. The return amount will be refunded within 3-4 maximum working days only then if the returned product is unused, intact and in the original packing (includes with the labels, tags, plastic wrap) if we didn’t get the product in a proper unused manner we won’t refund the amount.

If an item doesn’t match the description, we are happy to replace it for you. If we don’t have a replacement in stock, you will be credited the full amount.

12. Can I get a customize size product?

Yes, you can get a Customize size product but for that please raise a callback request or mail us the requirmnet we are here to listen you and give the solution to you.
